How the marjas treat this

A. Sistani. 60 lunar years for both Sayyida and non-Sayyida. A. Sistani treats Qurayshi and Sayyida as synonymous (Ruling 433).
A. Khamenei. A. Khamenei does not issue a binding ruling on the menopause threshold for hayd; he instructs muqallids to rujūʿ (refer) to another mujtahid on this question. We therefore do not show a numeric threshold for A. Khamenei here.
A. Makarem Shirazi. Per Zubdat al-Aḥkām ISSUE 194: 50 lunar years for both Sayyidah and non-Sayyidah women, except for women counted from the Quraysh tribe, who apply 60 lunar years. The user determines her own Quraysh status.

Bleeding past the threshold is treated as istihada, not hayd.
