Per A. Sistani, fasts missed during hayd in Ramadan must be made up later as qada. And fidya is owed if you can't make them up before the next Ramadan.
We multiply (Ramadans since baligh − Ramadans completed) × your average period length, halved if you said your cycle did not usually overlap Ramadan. It's a planning floor, not the exact number.
